Terms and Conditions for Practitioners of The Collective Journey

By joining The Collective Journey as a Practitioner, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are designed to foster a mutually beneficial partnership while protecting the integrity and mission of The Collective Journey.
- Practitioner Data Submission
1.1 Practitioners must submit their contact email lists within seven (7) days of joining The Collective Journey.
- Contact lists should be in CSV format and submitted via email to info@thecollectivejourney.org
- Practitioners are required to update their contact lists every three (3) months to keep the shared database current.
- Practitioner Profile on the Platform
2.1 Practitioners will be featured in The Collective Journey database and Practitioner Directory.
- A professional profile picture and a brief bio are required for inclusion on the platform.
- Updates to your profile must be submitted in writing to the Practitioner Support Team at info@thecollectivejourney.org
- Commitment to a 12-Month Contract
3.1 Practitioners commit to a minimum 12-month partnership.
- This ensures stability, consistency, and the resources required to collaboratively grow the platform.
- Communication and Promotion Requirements
4.1 Email Communication
- Practitioners agree to email their followers:
- An introductory email announcing their collaboration with The Collective Journey within seven (7) days of joining. Content templates will be provided.
- Additional follow-up emails every three (3) months, using content provided by The Collective Journey.
4.2 Social Media Engagement
- Practitioners must post at least one (1) piece of promotional content per month on their social media channels. Content templates will be provided by The Collective Journey.
- Branding and Logo Submission
5.1 Practitioners in all package tiers, except the $14.99/month plan, are required to provide branding assets (logos and related materials) for marketing purposes.
5.2 Practitioners without existing branding are encouraged to seek professional design services, such as through Fiverr or similar platforms, and to complete this requirement promptly to maximize visibility.
- Payment Processing Terms
6.1 Practitioner Package Payments
- Payments for Practitioner support packages will be processed monthly through The Collective Journey’s credit card processing service powered by Bank of America.
- Practitioners will receive a notification at least five (5) days before the monthly payment is processed. Notifications will include the payment amount and the scheduled processing date.
6.2 Referral Bonuses
- Any referral bonuses earned by Practitioners will be credited to their The Collective Journey account balance, not as a credit to their credit card.
- Practitioners can use the credited referral bonuses toward future payments for support packages or other services offered by The Collective Journey.
6.3 Failed Payments
- In the event of a failed payment (e.g., insufficient funds, expired card), Practitioners will be notified and given a seven (7)-day grace period to update their payment information.
- Failure to resolve payment issues within this timeframe may result in suspension of services until payment is successfully processed.
- Code of Conduct
Practitioners are expected to uphold the following standards:
7.1 Maintain professionalism and respect in interactions with clients, followers, and fellow practitioners.
7.2 Ensure all content, communications, and events align with the values and mission of The Collective Journey.
7.3 Adhere to applicable laws, ethical guidelines, and best practices in your area of expertise.
- Termination of Agreement
8.1 Practitioners may terminate their contract at the end of the 12-month period by providing written notice at least thirty (30) days before the renewal date.
8.2 The Collective Journey reserves the right to terminate the agreement for:
- Non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
- Behavior that contradicts the values or mission of The Collective Journey.
- Dispute Resolution and Legal Protections
9.1 Arbitration Agreement
- Any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms, your relationship with The Collective Journey, or your use of our services will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration.
- Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and will take place in Lake County, Illinois.
- By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to file or participate in a lawsuit in court, except for small claims that qualify to be brought in small claims court.
9.2 Class Action Waiver
- You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis.
- You expressly waive any right to file or participate in a class action lawsuit or consolidated arbitration against The Collective Journey.
9.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- If a court finds the arbitration provision unenforceable, disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lake County, Illinois.
9.4 Severability of Provisions
- If any provision of this section is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
- Updates to Terms and Conditions
10.1 The Collective Journey may update these Terms and Conditions with thirty (30) days’ notice.
10.2 Updates will be communicated via email and the Practitioner Portal.

By participating in The Collective Journey as a Practitioner, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to adhere may result in suspension or termination of your account.
